SafeCom Reports

The challenge

For administrative staff with the responsibility for company printing, it is a challenge to figure out how to provide the most efficient printing solution - one that is efficient both cost-wise and time-wise.

SafeCom Reports is an administrative tool that is very helpful in providing exact data and information. With this information, companies and organisations have a clear and concrete fact-based foundation for decision-making concerning printing policies and the deployment of devices.

How does it work?

SafeCom Reports is an add-on module that is distributed with the SafeCom G2 server. With SafeCom Reports, it is possible to view the main tracking statistics*, user statistics, device statistics, client billing statistics, and job lists. SafeCom Reports includes a number of predefined and parameterized reports.

SafeCom Reports summarizes tracking data. In order to benefit from the Reports module, tracking must be enabled during SafeCom installation.

Print service managers can use SafeCom Reports to qualify decisions regarding device utilization and server system scalability. Other reports show trends, savings and potential savings and can be used as a basis for implementing active printing policies with SafeCom Rule Based Printing.
